Order & Shipment

We process and ship most orders the day we receive them. Minimum order is $50.00. Repair orders are processed in 5 to 7 days. On overseas shipments, an additional charge of $50.00 will apply to cover the cost of special handling.

Standard Terms

Net 30 days from invoice date upon approval of credit references and identification of banking location.

Past Due Accounts

Accounts past 60 days: If you run into cash flow problems, let us know! We’ll work with you to arrange payment terms, and continue to serve your needs on a C.O.D. basis. (Please contact us so we can avoid collection action.)

New Customers

We welcome new customers! Please furnish your resale certificate number, three trade references, and the name and location of your bank. Upon approval of credit, your account will qualify for standard terms. Meanwhile, we will be pleased to serve your needs on a C.O.D. basis, or we do accept Visa®,Mastercard®,Discover®, and American Express®.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be made. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Core Credit

We’re always in the market for good repairable cores; we’ll buy, or issue credit. Please call for information.

Due to cost inflation from our suppliers, our prices are subject to change without notice.

Warranty Policy

Rebuilt units: 6 months from the date of purchase. New /or “Like New“ units: One year from the date of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Warranty consideration on New Basler©, Marathon Electric©, Power-tronics©, and Stamford Newage©,products will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and warranty approval.
